History
Mada’in Properties is a private joint-stock company established in 2006 by known personalities, Sharia compliant banks, investment banks, public joint stock companies, government organizations and semi-government organizations. Mada’in started to establish its journey in the real estate industry in 2007, where the promoters of the company has raised and deposited the paid-up capital of AED 500 million, which were used into the procurement of strategic plots around Dubai for development. Despite 2008 financial crisis, the group has soared above the challenges by reassessing the organization and reorganizing its priorities. In 2012, the company has decided to develop the Marina arcade residential tower and since then established a name in the real estate industry. Mada’in Properties is a real estate development that seeks to promote contemporary living and superior product value in all of its projects. The developer envisions itself to be a world-class boutique property developer with the goal of engineering of excellent communities by elevating land into landmarks. In 2013, new designs for the Marina Arcade was released and the contract was awarded in the last quarter of the same year.
